to use the ABBYY SDK to develop a ZonalOCR function that support .Net Core2 environment for the following:
1- It shall use Cloud SDK from ABBYY
2- It will read data from 3 types of documents, National ID, Passport, Driving License for same country and for total of 13 countries as mentioned in excel sheet.
3- We will provide multiple copies for each document for each country for this exercise.
4- To design/define output table as per the excel sheet fields .
5- It shall generate the output following the fields mentioned in the attached excel format
6- Write the data to the output table
7- The table needs to have one column for process status that will be updated by reading program. (e.g. 1 – New , 0 – Processed , …..etc)
8- The program will extract all fields from these documents as defined in the excel
9- The code shall be ready to add more countries' documents/templates in the future.
10- The developer must provide ability for us to test online using additional documents from our side for listed countries in the file.
11- It is a fixed cost task so in case developer needs any clarification to be raised at the start.
12- The developer shall provide the full source code with documentation such as user manual and train us on how to use the function and how to add additional templates.
13- If in future we decided to create more templates, what will be the cost per additional document template ?
