Help with a Power Bi Dashboard

I have created a Power Bi dashboard and I need help with the following:
- Show avg time in a visual. It rows with 'null' should be ignored. We have the time in minutes and it would be nice to show in days, hours, and minutes
- Add an icon in table visual if a field value is not 'null'
- Show % of fields with value not being 'null' from the last xx days.
