Create 100+ install packages (Powershell)

We are looking for a packager to create 100+ packages of publicly available applications that should be packaged inside our own packaging framework and delivery platform. The framework is based on PSAppDeploy Toolkit, so all those functions are available. Requirements for those packages: - prevent auto-update (also during install) - update existing versions of app if present (if existing versions are incompatible, uninstall existing version) - multiple languages (English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, MUI) - Should fit in existing PSAppDeploy framework (more info will be shared upon acceptance) - documentation for every package that describes how it works - in case of special licensing requirements, these should be noted in the documentation We are looking for people with significant experience in creating packages, that can at least have a technical discussion/conversation about the packaging in English and preferably close to a European time zone. It's our goal to create a repository of more than 100 applications in several languages which can be selected and steered from our SaaS platform. Upon acceptance, we would like to have a meeting to demo our platform and explain the requirements in more detail.
