Our current checkout process has been causing issues with customers abandoning their carts. We are seeking a freelancer who can optimize the process to reduce cart abandonment and ultimately increase our conversion rate. The ideal candidate should have experience with Prestashop and be able to identify and resolve technical errors that may be contributing to the problem. Additionally, we are looking for someone who can improve the user experience to make the checkout process more intuitive and streamlined. Loading times should also be addressed to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout experience.
