The main risk in work like this is small layout drift during text reflow or export, so I’d handle it by updating directly in the supplied InDesign files, checking bleed/margins carefully, and exporting press-ready PDFs exactly to spec. I’ve done a lot of artwork refresh work where the template already exists and the job is to keep everything visually consistent while making the files clean for print and easy to reopen later. Packaging linked assets properly, preserving styles, and leaving editable text areas for future internal updates is all standard workflow for me.
