AMAZON FBA store manager

I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Amazon Store Manager with expertise in Amazon FBA to help me running’ my store. As our Amazon Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing our Amazon store, including inventory management, product listings, customer service, and order fulfillment using Amazon FBA.
Responsibilities:
• Create and optimize product listings, including product descriptions, images, and keywords
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch customer service
• Optimize pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Expertly manage the Amazon FBA process, including shipment planning, labeling, and troubleshooting any FBA-related issues
• Analyze sales data to make data-driven decisions for store growth
• Stay updated with Amazon policies and industry trends related to FBA
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing Amazon stores and utilizing FBA services
• Strong proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, including FBA setup and management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Previous experience with various product categories on Amazon FBA is a plus
This is an ongoing management position, so the candidate should be prepared to commit to long-term collaboration. The ability to adapt to changing market trends and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability is essential.
Ideally, the candidate should have prior experience managing Amazon FBA stores and a proven track record of success. Knowledge of Amazon's policies, algorithms, and best practices is highly desirable.
