The company has 8 employees including the owner/manager) and recently you have been part of a project to re-design an existing client's website that involved 5 of the company's employees. The client also has requested that your company continue to provide hosting and maintenance of the site. The project schedule was 4 weeks and has been name WebProject-05-18.
The project has now been completed, but during the project there were a number of issues that came to light and had to be addressed:
the project exceeded both it's timeline (by one week) and budget (6%) and these together cost the company 10% of the expected project revenue
an employee had a family crisis during the project which required extended time away from work and this directly impacted on the project.
