Data Pipeline in Azure

Job Description:
I'm looking for a solution that will get data from an api in json format and put it in sql tables in Azure environment ideally done in Python. For the first time there is one time data dump and this pipeline needs to ping this api every 5mins and/or day depending on the table. I need someone who can deploy this solution within Azure environment with high quality and low maintenance. This is first phase of my project so I'll be having a second phase as well.
