Fix Bug in Python Script - urllib3 & Windows Proxy

Proxy Type: Native Windows Proxy
Proxy IP/Port: [login to view URL]
When running the script in Pycharm I'm getting the below error.

I found 3 solutions on Google:
(a) Remove proxy. Unfortunately, that's not an option for me.
(b) change [login to view URL] from https to http. This is also not a good idea.
(c) Downgrade liburl3 from 1.26.14 to 1.23. I tried but this did not solve the problem.
I need someone to fix this bug.
IMP: I need someone to connect remotely to my laptop & fix the issue. I'll not be able to share the code.
