Hi there, I am an expert in scripting. Here are some assumptions I'm making: 1. You are managing your schedules in Google Calendar 2. Any employee can be added to any task if they are available Based on the above, I can create a Google App Script project that can do the following: 1. When a task is added and its start date, the script searches for available employee 2. Once found, they are added to that task To get this working, there are two options: 1. Create the task in Google Sheets either manually or via a custom design form 2. Use a simple Google Form for adding a task 3. Provide the script access to your Google Calendar for viewing and modification as required by the script. Hope that helps in explaining what I am offering.
