The starting platform will be fresh installation of the linux distro that is up to You.

HW will be the Amd A8 32GB + Quadro M4000

Your job will be:

Build up the 24/7 NVENC GPU transcoder based on the latest FFmpeg (v4) FFmpeg with latest nvenc cuda drivers.

The source will be H264 TS and Mpeg2 TS with multiple audio/ SUBTITLE PID-s and your job is to build 24/7 working daemons (not killed if the source will be down!!!) with FFmpeg (using monit or etc. its up to You) and transcode these transport streams with HW accel HEVC HLS

NB! The output HLS must include also the dvbsub/ttx/webvtt subtitles
