Interactive brokers API python

Must be able to prove past experience in building an IBKR API for TWS in python I prefer a fixed amount of $ and not an hourly billing I was able to build a simple API but what I need is of somewhat higher degree: 1. ability to get the 15 minute bar data (not just the historical data but also keeps updating after it gets the last 2 hrs worth of data and it needs to sync up after the API is turned on ) 2. needs to be able to run simple logic on comparing the most recent 5 data points of the most recent bar (open,high,low,close,volume) to the previous 5 data points of the previous bar(open,high,low,close,volume) and also to the bar before that. 3 .the logic/Bot needs to run on multiple symbols and not just 1 ticker symbol (if threading will not work and we must use an excel then it it needs to keep updating ) 4. also the logic includes : "not still being in a position" because if I'm still in a trade I don't want to add to a position (i.e. it will need to use the function to check the portfolio) 5. also the logic includes: only working in a certain time window during the day 6. for order execution, a classic Bracket order will not do , because: here is a simplified example of the BOT on 15 minute bars: if close more than previous close then buy with stop loss set at the price level of the previous low and a profit taker order (using an event loop) if any of the following closes > entry price then sell that means that we cannot attach the profit taker order at the time of submitting the initial order and if the profit taker is submitted on it's own later then it must also cancel( the still active on TWS) stop loss order I will give you later the 2 logics/trading signals that I need running in the BOT
