Looking for expert in Android Debug Bridge (adb), Python and linux

I am looking for an expert in Android Debug Bridge (adb), Frida, Python, and Linux and some PHP to help me automate tasks with relation to my virtual Android device.
This task will require you to how technical part on how adb works and how to use python to manipulate certain data from android app using connection of python.
Server Setup adjustments might be required.
Current pain is that I cannot execute certain commands using php shell_exec() command when connecter remotely to other server where python is running and is connected to android via frida.
Main issue that this connection between server and android device or app drops, and needs to be restarted. This restart process needs to be automatic either via php shell_exec() using 3rd service server or directly inside the python where direct connection with android device is.

This command fails to execute, maybe needs some thing extra like return, wait or sth.. If i connect to server directly via terminal, and execute it, it works, if via php shell, it does not.
