Looking for Python, C programmer who can help me to fix the bug

I have created one machine learning model in Python using XGBOOST algorithm, which I want to run offline on Mobile application. To run in on mobile device, I am converting Python model code in C using treelite library.

First I want to try to boston price prediction demo given in first link. This program should do

1. Take input and predict house price using python

2. Take input and predict house price using treelite function

This is small code, which I alraedy have. You need to run it and fix.

Once you run above sample program, I will give you access to my Actual Xgboost model. Where I need

1. Take csv input and predict result using python (This already working)

2. Take input and predict house price using treelite function

Once this is working, you need to convert 2nd model code in C program (It is just few steps, I can guide).

Run C program to do prediction.

Result should be same in C program and actual python program.
