Magazine Creation Python Program - Already have program - Need to Wrap up/ Finalize -- 2

I am looking for a skilled Python developer who can help me finalize my Magazine Creation Python Program. The program is almost complete, but I need some final touches to be made before it is ready for use.

Preferred Output Format:

- The preferred output format for the magazine is PDF and png.

Specific Functionalities or Features:

- I would like to add advanced customization options to the program. This will allow users to have more control over the layout and design of their magazines.

Needed for this project:

1. use existing program and gui and add functionality to be able to create a print ready pdf and pngs of the user submitted magazine/coupon info.

2. create user functions in the gui to upload specific files for main cover, inside cover, centerfold (2 pages), inside back cover, and back cover.

3. add the ability to add specific images into the magazine at any given page number as a whole page

4. the ability to change the pages around in the gui before the finalized saved version of the print ready magazine pdf

5. the ability to save the magazine as a specific json file and reupload it into the program to work on it after the program is closed.

[login to view URL] ability to add 5 coupons to the magazine per page with the header displaying the store info for those coupons. This being added as a single page into the magazine. the program has this feature already but it needs to be contained within the set boundries on the created end pdf. currently it runs off page when created.

7. I need the program to create the pages in a magazine fashion with page numbers ( unlimited amount of pages) in order for print, so front cover/ back cover, 1st page/ last page, etc to be fashioned when the user saves the final pdf. I also need these to be able to be rearranged in the gui by the user if need be to be re arranged as need be, page numbers following the changes of the pages. Currently page numbers are determined at the page creation and only one page at a time. We need the full magazine to be created page by page and saved as a whole.

8. I need this program to auto create a table of contents for all uploaded/created catalog pages/ businesses.

9. I need this program to export/save final files together as a print ready pdf as a whole, as well as an option to save all pages individually in either png or pdf format.

10. An option to start a whole new magazine issue or to continue with a loaded saved version in the gui

11. This program needs to be able to name/move/display all inputted pages/ businesses inside the gui

12. Add a small section on every page at the footer and an user input in the gui to post what is on the footer for every business page. This feature already exists, it just needs to now be contained within the footer, it currently runs off.

[login to view URL] company info like phone number, address, name, and website for each specific entry/ business/ page to be translated to the header of each magazine page from user input in the gui. This already exists, it also just needs to be contained as it runs off the border area.
