Measuring finger width (millimeters) with Python

Job Description:
We want to make a project with the Python programming language.
It should take the width of the 4th finger (ring finger) from the dynamically added hand photo.
This size will actually be determined as the ring size. It should take the size of the ring from the hand photo as in the example picture and print it out.
Note: Images will be dynamically added, not limited to these images. You can test it on your own hand photo. We only need the 4th finger (ring finger) measurement.
