Hello, I read your requirements. I see you want to change the user interface and implement some functions for the Sale module in Odoo community v12. Your document contains 2 languages so it's a bit hard for me to understand all of that. But if I was right you want to change some words in the frontend. And add function button, change field attributes, add new field... I want to provide you a demo version but I am not sure if I was right to understand your point. So if we can talk I can provide a demo before we have a deal. I have over a year of experience with Odoo in many modules that include Sale.
