Odoo v14 Point of Sale Change pos_reference

Hello,
I'm implementing odoo v14 point of sale, but pos_reference field is a bit confusing for cashiers and kitchen people. The default syntax is, for example, Order 00015-005-0009.
Its a very long number for customers that receive their order using this number as reference. So i need to change this reference number to a short one so customers can have a easy number to identify his orders.
