python script (socket) -- 2

i have python script that listen tcp data on my server on port 1234 and save to file, so i have device(time attendance) that send data to server:1234 so device ping server every 10 seconds and check if server request something. if yes device response to that request. so can u fix it? check the protocol , i can send my script so u can modiffy it , so i can recive info about list of users, logs, details
