I have a pyton2.7 script displaying the output of an IP cam on my desktop. I need to have a scheduled start of this script at each boot (before opening a user session). The output of the script must be visible on the Desktop. For now, I am able to start the script at each boot using the task manager, but the output of the script if not visible (it run properly when I start it with a double-click).

Ive had a simillar problem in the past, the trick is to use a shell script to launch your python program, feel free to text me and ill fix it for you.
