Hey, A 1-2MB text file turned into MP3s inside Telegram is very doable with Python, python-telegram-bot and edge-tts. I build Python automation bots regularly, so this is familiar ground. A 2 MB text file is tens of hours of speech, and Telegram caps a single bot upload at 50 MB, so it cannot come back as one MP3. The text has to be split on sentence boundaries into timed chunks and sent back as a numbered sequence of files. Splitting mid-sentence is what makes the audio sound wrong. First move: I run your own .txt through the splitter and send you chunk 1 as an MP3 in Madhur and again in Swara, so you hear the voice before anything gets hosted. The other real risk is the free hosting. Free tiers sleep and evict idle workers, so the bot has to survive a restart in the middle of a file. Job state is checkpointed after each chunk and resumes where it stopped instead of starting the file again, and the conversion runs as a background task so the Telegram handler does not time out. Edge-TTS is an unofficial interface to Microsoft's endpoint and rate-limits on long runs, so each chunk retries with backoff. Checkpointing and resume are how I build everything.
