WebAssembly, Python, ReactJS, SCSS, MaterialUI, ScyllaDB, or Equivalents Webapp

This project is ideally suited for a freelancer or a small team of friends who would like to work harder to get that first (or second or third) five star rating from me. Plus much further down the road, after year(s) of in the field proven track record and success for the software, you may be eligible for a bonus. This is a long term hourly project paying $2 / hour, with about 15 hours per week of work. If you are able and willing to learn, I am willing to train you by reading books. I have prepared two documents for you: 1. PDF file with mockups 2. Word doc with details in text In case of discord between the two docs the word doc or better yet my current explanation will have the final say. You can suggest other tech stack. I like ScyllaDB. I also like as much WebAssembly as possible coded in Rustlang, materialUI. GraphQL would be nice too. In your bid, include the full detailed list of technology stack that you are going to use. Preference will be given to applicants that make meaningful suggestions and recommendations after studying the requirements. Teams & individuals welcome to bid. I have GitHub repositories that I'd like to use. I will share later.
