Create a React Native plugin to detect a specific object through camera using OpenCV

I am in the process of creating a medical app, that will require to open the camera to scan and detect a patch stuck on the client's forearm. The design of the patch is very specific, a 5x5cm square with some details around it. I need a React Native plugin (or a component) that will work on both iOS and Android, to open the live view camera, and detect the patch and take a picture of it. Once detected, it must display a colored canvas on top of the patch (or a white border around), then capture the picture, rotate the image properly, crop it to only keep the interesting part, and do a geometric transform to adjust the patch so it is fully facing the camera even if the picture was taken very slightly from the side, and return the image in a 500x500px dimension. This plugin will rely on OpenCV to detect and analyze image (using Surf 128 algorithm most probably), so it not only requires a good React Native understanding, but also iOS and Android native dev. If needed, we already coded in Swift the actual "detect / crop / rotate" specific image using OpenCV, I would gladly share the code if that helps you create the plugin faster. Attached is the patch that we will have to detect through camera, and the output we expect.
