Job Description:
We are a rapidly growing company in the IT industry and are currently seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team for a short-term project. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and hiring top talent for a variety of IT positions within our organization. This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires someone who is passionate about recruiting and has the ability to think strategically.
Key responsibilities include:
Sourcing and recruiting top talent for IT positions, using various recruiting tools and techniques
Managing the entire recruitment process from initial screening to offer acceptance
Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
Utilizing creative sourcing methods to identify and attract passive candidates
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and tailor recruiting efforts accordingly
Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with a track record of successfully recruiting for IT roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology trends
