Looking to get plans drawn for an 8 story commercial building (plot size: 136’ x 74’).
2/3rd will be factory space
1/3 clinic and diagnostic center
Top floor will be guestrooms and community space.
I require detailed site plan, floor plan, cross section, elevation, landscape, finish drawing, working plan, excavation drawings, column layout, detailed MEP drawings, etc., to submit for Pouroshobha and fire department clearance in Bangladesh.
Bidding party must prove that they have completed similar projects in Bangladesh that will meet Bangladesh National Building Code (BMBC) requirements.
Bidding party must be willing to discuss detailed requirements over phone discussions.
