Create 3D animated character for game

I need a freelancer to Conceptualize, Model, rig and Animate 3D character ready for Unity game engine (compatible bone structure, file format). The final result (character and animations) must be delivered in FBX file along with textures/materials files. The contractor must hold exclusively all rights of use. Please bid to the project and provide budget along with time for completion for each one of the following milestones: - Provide a detailed graphic representation of the character for a given description of it's physical and psychological characteristics. - Model the full 3D Modeled, Rigged and Textured character (including mouth) along with full bone structure (Unity Games Engine compliant). The final result must be delivered in FBX file format along with files for textures/materials and other files involved on the process including modeling software files. - Provide full animations for walk, run and jump (unity engine compliant) along with the files involved in the process, the animations must be delivered in FBX file format.
