I am looking for a home designer to help bring my vision to life. The scope of the project is full home design, and I am looking for a designer with a style that blends modern and traditional elements. We want a mountain house exterior with exposed timber beams around the entrance, and vaulted ceilings inside, open floor plan. The centrepiece will be a room that blends the interior and exterior- a 4 season/sun room that can transition from exterior to interior with movable glass walls. We have a building site. I have topo survey of the site, we have chosen a location on the site for the house. we have a rough preliminary layout and acceptable size range that will stay within our overall budget.
Budget is between $5,000 and $10,000. I'm looking forward to working with a talented home designer to create a beautiful space that reflects my individual taste. We have a rough preliminary floor plan with a couple areas that need some work.
It'd be a plus if you understand USA building methods. I don't necessary need 3D renders. would like if they design in AutoCAD and I can get the CAD files. Mostly about the 2D floor plans for now.
