Interior Design for a Villa undergoing full renovation (3 floors. 330 sqm)

I am looking for an interior designer to help me with the renovation of my villa. The villa has three floors and covers an area of 330 sqm (for the 3 floors). While the land area is 500 sqm, the actual villa is only 150 sqm of the land.
My budget is limited and should be carefully considered.
My preferred design style is Bohemian. And I have no furniture in the villa yet. So, no restrictions or workarounds have to be considered.
The project is split into 3 smaller projects 1. The interior, 2. The outside facade (including the fence of the villa) and 3. The external garden and front and backyard.
In the interior part, I am looking to renovate the full: 1. Floor, 2. Doors, 3. Windows, 4. Walls, and 5. Ceiling. Nothing from the old villa I'm keeping.
I also would like ideas to takeover the second floor living area withing the Master bedroom and make a walk in closet out of it. Bathrooms needs a nice upgrades in design and sets.
They should be able to work on the internet and advice on materials sourcing from the Saudi Arabian market, where all big players and names have an online presence.
Quality material, not expensive ones, are what I truly care about. The design should feel cozy and right, yet, quality of materials selection shouldn't be compromised.
They should be able to provide 3D renderings of the design plan to help me visualize the final outcome. I expect to be delivered a detaild BOQ for the materials sourcing too.
