prepare model for facial motion capture

Hello, I am looking for a 3ds max character animator, experienced in motion capture to rig a 3d model. I am planning to capture my facial expressions for an art animation by using faceshift technology. In order to achieve this with a character model I already have, I would need someone to create all the different expressions based on the original model, with blendshapes. That way, the software could integrate and recognize every facial expression and head movement, and I would just have to perform the scene with my movements.
