Spinning sphere

I need a similar animation with the following parameters: • The frame must be exactly 96x96 pixels. • The sphere inside must be the exact same size as both attached files. • The background must be transparent. • The sphere must have a shadow. • The animation should start at sphere-red, rotate the colors laterally from east to west to the color of sphere-green, until the middle of the animation, where it shall be exactly sphere-green, and then rotate color laterally to the color of sphere-red. • The interior "gas" rotates freely, giving a 3D effect. • It must end with a frame that synchronizes with sphere_red so the animation is fluid if run constantly. • The animation needs to run for about 6 seconds. • We need to test the maximum speed we can animate, so we need the animation at 90fps, 60fps, 30fps and 15fps. • That means 540, 360, 180 and 90 frames respectively (and exactly).
