Job Summary: As a Business Development Manager specializing in Customer Support Projects, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the field of customer support. Your primary focus will be on developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing suitable customer support solutions. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and Prospect:

Research and identify potential clients in need of customer support services.

Proactively seek out new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Build a robust pipeline of prospective customer support projects.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.

Understand clients' specific needs and requirements related to customer support projects.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on customer support strategies and solutions.

Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project progress and explore additional opportunities.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions thaft align with clients' objectives.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Competitor Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to customer support.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and unique selling points.

Use market insights to refine the company's customer support strategies and differentiate from competitors.

Sales Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Provide sales support by attending client meetings, participating in negotiations, and addressing any concerns or questions related to customer support projects.

Work closely with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and materials to promote customer support services.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor and track sales activities, pipeline progress, and project outcomes.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business development strategies.
