Competitor analysis goes wrong when it turns into a pile of screenshots nobody reads. So I'd want to know what decision this feeds first. Pricing? Positioning? Whether to enter at all? That changes which competitors matter and which ones are noise. Then I'd build it in a spreadsheet you can keep using, with sources next to every claim so you can check anything that looks off. I've done a lot of research work and I live in spreadsheets for my own two businesses. Can start straight away.
