Help me in Sales and Marketing(not for running ads, but actual sales and marketing)

Hi, I am looking some experienced person who can Help me in Sales and Marketing(not for running ads, but actual sales and marketing). Initially 2 to 3 hours a day, but eventually it would get to a full time role. But from day1 or atleast day 5(first 2 to 4 days can be hard core training). Things you are required to do on daily basis, 1. Training and learning, improvise yourself daily.(initially 2 to 3 hours a day, after first 2 to 4 days - this would be a kind of 10 to 20 mins daily) 2. Report visiting. 3. Making plan of action for the day and the week and month. 4. Executing actions such as LinkedIn Group strategical approach to present the benefit angle in front of thousands, building authority in the subject matter speciality. 5. Executing actions strategically also in Facebook. 6. Connecting to each of mine Facebook and LinkedIn connections .. about daily 50 to 100 each platform. 7. Keep bringing crazy ideas for getting all our ideal prospects to the funnel, so later we can soft pitch and may sell what we need to sell. 8. Researching /in case you are getting busy get someone to do.. but researching more and more platforms, hunting prospects leads, contacting them as per planned flow, get them to the funnel.. Build relations and SELL. Interested? Your proposal shall include the word "I wan't to learn how to get 100 paid clients every single month, and I will surely love to achieve this. Damn Sure." in your proposal. Or else the proposals will not get considered upfront. Plus, to make sure, I am here in need of someone who can just follow my training and follow the exact process I share to do. There is no deviation. This is a full time role *(atleast 5 to 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week). We will love to work with individuals who doesn't restrict them by hours, but show us results and thrive to get going. If someone can work for 4 hours delivering same results, and someone delivers same results working 10 hours a day, we don't discriminate. Currently we are looking for someone experienced in selling a service to website owners and entrepreneurs and business owners a suite /range of services from premium web application development, business internal applications solutions, and web security service offering to 100s of website owners out there.. We will prefer such experienced people to join on the board. Budget: $150 to 500 in average monthly + opportunity to earn incentives of up to $1500 monthly (paid in 3 months intervals).
