Encountering is more complicated than it firstly could be seen, as the romanian evidential datas are not up to date. -There could be many hours spent in question: - evidential data at Local authorities- which might not be up to date - in case it is encountered local maternities archieve research. -if the data is not 100% sure, the research can be even longer than 10 hours spent.
