**Roles and Responsibilities** - Architect/Design high performing APIs hosted on Kubernetes using .NET Core and/or Python - End-to-end delivery including design, development and unit/functional testing of API(s) and services - Emphasis on scalability, observability & performance - Develop reference architectures that facilitate information integration, interoperability, workflow automation and agility - Generate docsets, openAPI specs and related documentation **Desired Candidate Profile** - Must be an expert in various API/microservices design patterns - Must have demonstrated experience in designing & documenting API specs - Must have experience building API/Microservices on no-sql data stores and data lakes running on AWS such as DynamoDB, Athena/S3, RedShift etc. - Preferred - Hands on with .NET Core in a containerized environment - Preferred - Previous experience as freelancer or working on part time projects **Perks and Benefits** - Hourly rate depending on the experience
