create auto reply olx web chat by uipath

need to set uipath so auto reply based on specific advertisement with voice file pre define olx web chat every 15 minute to unanswered chat with autobot with some specific quistions and answer

we posted two job reqirment on olx job
one is we need proggramer
another is sale job
some job seeker replyed on sales job
our bot check based on sales job we send one audio file with massage to that job seeker on chat
once jobserker listen that audio he has option in audio to type
if he type 9 we send address of interview
this conditions is on numbers 1 to 9
and further multilevel
first check can we send audio file or record our recorded audio on olx chat
then we finslized , this should check run on mutiple olx account one by one so every few minutes we need to login in new account and check one by one also make sure we can use any one action or multiple at a time from olx chat like recording voice sending massage, sending image, sending location sending image from camera,
