Necesito a un closer de ventas con experiencia demostrada que sepa tomar al lead desde su primer contacto hasta el cierre final. Venderás principalmente programas de formación, másteres y bootcamps impartidos en formato híbrido (combinamos sesiones en línea con encuentros presenciales). Mi meta es clara: aumentar el número de inscripciones mes a mes. Para lograrlo, requiero que te encargues de: • Contactar a los leads entrantes de manera rápida y empática. • Calificar sus necesidades, resolver objeciones y ofrecer la opción formativa que mejor encaje. • Acompañar cada fase del embudo (llamadas, follow-ups por email o WhatsApp, recordatorios de pagos). • Registrar todo en nuestro CRM y entregar reportes semanales con métricas de conversión. • Cerrar la venta y asegurar el onboarding inicial del alumno. Valoraré conocimientos de técnicas de cierre consultivo, manejo de CRM y experiencia previa en el sector educativo.
