Lead Generation Cold Caller (Outreach Associate)

We're a digital marketing and software development business headquartered in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. We are looking to add to our team of sales associated with a part time direct sales person. We require fluent English and ability to call into the US within the relevant time zone. This is a part time position to start that will grow with the option for full time salary.

Job Qualifications
-Exceptional English communications, both written and verbal
-Preferably experienced in cold calling and appointment setting
-Ability to follow instructions, and adheres to processes and policies
-Willing to work on a mix shift for 6 hours with break
-A noise free workplace
-A decent computer headset with mic Minimum 5mbps WIRED INTERNET & Backup Minimum
-1 yr. experience on outbound phone sales and/or customer service.
-Previous digital marketing and software development sales experience cold calling, appointment setting, and telemarketing is a HUGE BONUS.

Daily activities:
- Prospecting online and finding leads using tools like Google and LInkedIn
- Building lists and managing data in spreadsheets and CRM systems
- Making direct calls and doing market research
- Making direct calls and doing sales discovery
- Making direct calls and doing direct sales with a focus on conversion to appointment or more information
- Email follow up and sales process steps
