Title: Sales Representative
Salary: Hourly rate with the possibility for bonus/commission. Hourly rate varies based on experience.
Job Type: Part-time (10-40 hours/week) (remote – contractor)
Job Description: Kev’s Gym is a health & fitness business that provides fitness classes to seniors who are living at retirement communities throughout the US. We are looking to on-board experienced sales professionals to help us prospect for and qualify new clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for calling retirement/senior communities in select markets and selling the services that we provide. The ideal candidate brings great enthusiasm, excitement, a positive attitude, is highly ambitious and autonomous and can commit to work at least 10 hours per week.
Services that we provide: We offer four types of in-person senior fitness classes: Chair Yoga, Seated Exercise, seated Tai Chi, and Seated Dance/Zumba. These classes are customized to meet the needs of seniors, some of which have physical and/or mental limitations. Our classes range anywhere from 45 min to 60 min and all classes are 100% seated and body-weight (i.e. no equipment). For more information on the classes that we teach, please click here.
Experience: The ideal candidate has experience in sales, customer service, is highly self-motivated, has excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and has experience using Mojo dialer.
Work Location: This is a remote position. You are free to work from wherever you would like!
Admin Information:
All marketing research has been completed by Kev’s Gym and the Sales Representative will be given a list of communities and their phone numbers to be called.
Scheduling: The Sales Representative is not responsible for scheduling appointments with our instructors. We have a scheduling team which will handle all scheduling-related tasks.
Kev’s Gym will provide sales training, e-mail marketing materials, sales scripts, and an @[login to view URL] email address.
The Sales Representative is responsible for tracking the number of calls they make, recording details from their calls, and invoicing Kev’s Gym at the end of the month for their wages/commissions due.
