We need a bright individual to be our #1 star for sales. Must have PERFECT English spoken & written (demonstrate this in your application). - NO cold calling required – all sales are from incoming leads! - Leads are qualified before they reach you. The answering service screens them and schedules call backs from you based on your calendar. - This is a Spanish language school but you only need to know English - Part-time job - you only need to do your call backs and followups and that's it! Training provided! However, you must be eager to continuously and creatively improve yourself. We need a positive and long-term relationship. If you do a great job then you will be taken care of. ABOUT YOU • Prior sales experience (extremely helpful) • PERFECT English spoken & written (demonstrate this in your application) • CREATIVE. You'll be given an excellent script but you should be able to think on your feet and come up with new ideas as well. • Positive and enthusiastic. CAN DO attitude • Able to show assertiveness and extreme confidence to prospects and LEAD them • Comfortable on the phone • Always eager to improve yourself and try new things (must have demonstrated this) • Able to quickly change & adapt • Fast typing speed (At least 45 wpm) • Experience learning a foreign language (Spanish is a bonus. However, all calls are in English!) • Extremely organized with your calendar, follow-ups etc. • Extremely reliable (keeps appointments and does what you say you will do 100% of the time) • Professional work environment with no background noise at any hour • Able to work flexible hours. The most important thing is connecting with callers when they are available. (During the week, mornings and evenings are most helpful.
