Sanctuary Graduates are a graduate recruitment agency. We promote jobs for our clients, and success is judged by how many people access these opportunities.
We need a salesforce consultant for a project that needs completing and being fully functioning by the end of August. We already have Salesforce but may need to upgrade our account.
I have included as much detail as possible below. In the first instance, I need you to provide the following before we set up a call.
- Hourly/daily rate or rough estimation of total cost
- Rough idea of time it will take
I appreciate you will need to meet us to determine this properly so am not expecting a full quote, but cost is a big factor for us a small business, so we need an indication on cost before setting up a meeting.

Details
Specifically, this project will be related to running marketing campaigns through our university networks. We have various contact types within universities who send out our job adverts for us.
For example, Company A wants to promote a graduate job to students at University of Leicester.
We have various groups of contacts at universities. We then send out the opportunity to our different stakeholders at the university for them to share en masse with students at their university:
- career service
- department contacts
- student societies
- headhunters (groups of students at the university)
We then track:
- which stakeholders shared the opportunity with students
- how many students clicked on the opportunity
What we need:
We need to be able to easily see:
- Which relationships we have at each uni
- How active/effective these relationships are
We then need to be able to set up campaigns easily and track them through salesforce.
The campaign process will look like this:
- We need to promote a job/placement/internship for Employer A
- We decide which university networks we want to use (career service/department contacts/student societies/headhunters)
- We set up the campaign on Salesforce and add all relevant networks (normally a combination of universities and contact types)
- We communicate the opportunity with all relevant networks
- The networks share the opportunity and we can track how many unique clicks each individual network has had
Our Goals
- To see exactly what has been sold on each campaign
- Run and track attraction campaigns more effectively
- Have one member of staff who oversees and manages all university comms
- Have all university contacts (depts, platform, socs) in one place and easy to see on the university account
- Save time on creating links
- Send out mass comms to each stakeholder group
- Track campaign/uni status at click of a button (flag system to track success?)
- Establish a system that can easily be used across the business if needed (if people are away/leave the business etc.)
Key requirements
- need SF to create unique trackable links
- need to be able to report on the unique clicks
- need to be able to mass email effectively
- need to be able to report on uni status
- Reporting - split by type/network
- Advanced way to add the right people to campaign
