Need an nsis installer that restirct windows updates & blocked. After system restarts, windows updates need to be resumed

I am seeking an experienced NSIS installer developer to create a custom installer for my project. The installer should have the following features:

- Restrict Windows updates and block resume after restart

- Compatibility with all versions of Windows

I do not require any additional functions or features with the NSIS installer, only the mentioned feature.
