Wordpress Woocommerce SEO Speed Optimization (Target A in GTMetrix & Pagespeed 90+) & Site Fixes needed

Dear SEO / speed optimization expert, We are running a Wordpress Woocommerce digital store and we have migrated to a new dedicated server with very good specs (16 core 32 thread / SSD / 64 GB DDR4 RAM) but we find that there is not much improvement in the GTmetrix & Page speed score. Currently our GTMetrix score is F and pagespeed score is less than 20. The target for the Speed Optimization expert is: Gtmetrix score - A & PageSpeed - 90+ We need the work to be done through TeamViewer and the developer should work in our machine & on call with us and update us and help us understand each change he intends to make in our website(We wont share share our website credentials) What we have in mind would be something like this: 1)Theme change to something like Kadence or Astra (Super fast loading theme) and Front page design consistent with our earlier design. 2) Wordpress speed optimization on these lines stated below 1. All that matters is we want GTmetrix A & PAge speed 90+ passing web core vitals Site Fixes needed: We migrated our website from a different host and are facing small issues here and there.
