Help with existing Shopify website

My Shopify store needs to be organised - it does not need to be rebuilt or designed:
The website is [login to view URL], it’s a business that sells personalised jewellery
1) There's approx 3,500 jewellery products that have just been uploaded by a drop shipping company I work with, but now they all need to be put into relevant categories (eg rings, bracelets, and many many more). Those categories need to be set up nicely on the website menu too, so it looks very professional, stylish and so it's easy to find products.
2) ALL Wholesale prices showing on the website need to be changed to retail prices - but with some type of formula so they can be done in bulk (eg if a cost price is $5, retail is $19, or between $5 to $10 changes to $29, and so on). Also there are options that need to have the prices changed too, in addition to the base price. A formula needs to resolve all these requirements to avoid manually changing 3,500 prices individually (perhaps using excel but you’re the expert so you will know the best way).
3) since connecting to this drop shipper, all incoming sales are sent directly to them - but I have products from other suppliers too so you need to make a way that only the products tagged with their name are sent to them automatically.
There's other things that may need to be done later, but this is the high priority. If this goes well and your rates are honest and you're efficient and experienced in Shopify then we can then discuss the other tasks after completion. You may have ideas for improvement too.
