Dear Sir/Madam, For our e-commerce business, we are looking for a full-time procurement / supply chain specialist who is able to manage the supply chain of the business and to improve and design systems accordingly. It is important that you are a native Chinese speaker. Our business is focussed on the 3d printing market. Which means we sell 3d printers and supplies. We do that now in mainly the Netherlands and Belgium. But shortly we will be expanding to the whole EU. Here is some video about 3d printing: [login to view URL] You will be responsible for: - having contact with our suppliers on wechat - negotiating prices - visiting their companies - do quality inspections - visiting the factories - controlling the supply chain - maintaining the relationship with these companies - designing systems for better managing the supply chain - improving already existing systems - contact logistics companies - finding optimal logistics routes and price. Basically everything that has to do with supply chain management and engineering. Apart from that, we are a young, innovative company. What do you bring? - You are following a technical/business education or have done so in the past - You have experience with Procurement/Supply Chain Management - Ideally you have a combined background in business, like supply chain management, but also computer science/engineering, software engineering or any other technical studies where you learn how to develop IT systems. - You have experience with production companies. - You have experience with technical electronic products. - You speak fluent Mandarin - You have strong negotiating skills - You are familiar with the Chinese business culture - Ideally you have background in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering combined with Business Studies or International Business and Management.
