If a lead sits in the comments until the monthly report, it is gone — people who ask about price or availability are buying that day. So comments get triaged as they come: anything that smells like intent goes to you immediately in one line, everything else is answered and logged. The monthly snapshot is for patterns, not for leads. Reporting. Most social reports are reach and impressions, which look good and change nothing. What is worth tracking is what a post caused: profile visits, link clicks, saves, replies that turned into conversations. Then "tweak" has something to act on — which format earns saves, which posting hour earns replies — instead of a graph that goes up. On the calendar: I plan two weeks visible and one week locked, so there is always room for the ad-hoc updates you mention without the month collapsing every time something urgent appears. How I work, plainly: copy and visuals are produced with AI tools and then checked and edited by me before anything is scheduled — that is how the volume stays affordable. Community replies are written by hand, because a slightly-off automated reply to a real customer costs more than it saves. One question: which platform actually brings you business today?
