Sales manager

Experienced Sales Manager required immediately.

You will excel if you are an ambitious sales leader with experience building, maintaining, and motivating a winning sales team. Your team should have a strong focus on the sales process, be able to conduct discovery calls with multiple decision makers, give strong presentations, overcome objections, and close sales. You will support your team as they cold call and cold email new leads, contact and manage their pipeline of warm leads, talk to businesses, discover their problems, offer appropriate solutions, close sales, upsell, and service their book of customers.

You'll have access to our complete company ERP platform including CRM, leads, VOIP phone, autodialer, screenpop phone scripts, SMS, email, scheduling, products, quotes, invoicing, team of assistants, daily sales training, support, everything you need to manage sales activity and help your team advance their leads and deals through their pipeline and close sales. You’ll also have the assistance of our team of headhunters and recruiters to help you source, interview, and onboard sales reps for your team. You should show up ready to inspire your team with a great attitude, a sharp personal appearance, a clean quiet well lit working environment, good internet, quality mic and webcam, capable of screensharing with quality audio and video, in order to conduct your morning sales meetings. 100% remote work online, schedule is US business hours, job is B2B and B2E sales selling multiple services across multiple industries, principally to US companies.

As team leader you will receive 5% - 10% recurring commissions on every sale your team makes (you continue to receive the commission every month while they remain a client), paid weekly. Most clients sign yearly service agreements. Average small B2B sale gives you a $100 commission and you should expect to average 2 sales per day for each of your 8+ sales reps. Average B2E contracts and commissions are much larger. To illustrate how our monthly recurring commissions work, assuming 16 sales per day, $100 commission, 30% churn, income would be: month 1 $32,000, month 2 $54,400, month 3 $70,080, month 4 $81,056, month 5 $88,739, month 6 $94,117, etc. First year OTE $258k+. In addition to these standard commissions, we also pay bonuses based on sales volume and offer year end bonuses and profit sharing. Great results are rewarded.
