Social Media Manager - Focus on growing our Instagram follower count

Job Description:
Hi we're looking to hire a social media manager to help us run our accounts. Our business is Seattle Golf Fitness. We have one of the largest companies in our industry in the world and have one of the smallest social media followings at the same time.
Most of our peers have 10,000-20,000 Instagram followers and we are sitting at just over 1,000 (@seattlegolffitness). We'd really like to grow the amount of our followers with the main focus being on Instagram. We also have Tik Tok and Facebook accounts but would like to mainly focus on Instagram.
At this point we are 99% fully booked so the goal would not to be to generate leads but rather grow our brand awareness and follower count. Open to any and all suggestions and branding ideas for it. We clearly are not social media experts so would love someone to come in and take the lead on running it.
We'd be looking to spend $1000-$200 per month on this. Open to any amount of hours but the main targets would be on the quantity / quality of posts and our follower count.
