Windows Active Directory Policy to have the user profile remote

Hello fellow engineers, I have a question that might be related to you skill set and hope you can help me out. I am looking for an AD expert that shows me how I can implement a redirected profiles policy on my active directory. To start off , I am a MS engineer myself, Microsoft certified until 2008 but got a little rusty since then. I have started my own business now but got stuck in something that I can fix. What is it that I need? We are deploying desktops that are hosted in the cloud, as in a physical Windows 2012 server with hyper-v with virtual Windows 8 desktops. We are serving multiple customers in one Windows AD My request is to have an instruction, something I can reproduce myself, where the user profiles are located on a remote location/server. So the profile is not in C:\users\%userprofile% but are located at \\server\customer1\profiles$\%userprofele when the login. So when a user makes a new folder at their desktop and they go to explorer it’s not in C:\users\%userprofile% \dektop\new folder but it’s directly located at \\server\customer1\profiles$\%userprofele%\ desktop\new folder This way a profile is never located at the local machine the user logs on but separated from the machine. When this user logs on to another machine in the domain the same profile will be on this location. Since we have multible customers on one domain we need to be able to separate customer 1 from 2 like \\server\customer1\profiles$\%userprofele and \\server\customer2\profiles$\%userprofele Can you help out with this request. I know that it’s possible but I don’t have the skills to do it myself nor the time to figure out this on my own. If you think you can resolve this for me I can give you admin access to our test environment with domain access rights. Thank you so much in advance. Geordy
