I need you to develop some Instagram software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Python or whatever best fits the project. I need some software that automates my Instagram, and can follow and unfollow users on specific hashtags, and can add and remove specific hashtags from my posts. my last job was a windows app for twitch, i can create a POC for instagram for you for 100 and then we can evolve milestone by milestone with new features etc.. The POC will have basic funtionallity and integration with instagram. PS: the ideal for that project is C# since is a windows project. call me and we can talk more.
